At Clearspring, we take pride in the quality of our organic and authentic foods, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer returns on damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For items that arrived damaged or defective, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging to expedite your claim.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once we receive the returned goods or verify the claim, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
