They are lovingly baked to perfection in small batches by fourth generation craft bakers in the Scottish Highlands. Each oatcake is packed with the natural flavour of wholegrain oats. Carefully selected ingredients are the secret to the delicious flavour and creamy texture of our oatcakes. A unique blend of the finest organic pinhead oats, rolled oats & oatmeal and olive oil instead of lower quality saturated fats and unrefined sea salt for a good savoury taste.
